Staff Bios
At St. Vincent de Paul Center, we place a strong emphasis on ongoing professional development.
Kathy Slover is Director of Community Outreach Services at St. Vincent de Paul Center. Community Outreach Services includes the Homeless Outreach and Senior Services programs. Ms. Slover has over two decades experience in social services, focusing on senior and intergenerational programming, and volunteer coordination. Prior to joining St. Vincent de Paul Center, Ms. Slover worked for Hull House Association in a variety of volunteer-based programs for older adults. She has a B.A. from DePaul University, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Nonprofit Management degree from DePaul University.
Deborah Lilly has twelve years of experience in Senior Services case management at St. Vincent de Paul Center. As our most tenured case manager, Ms. Lilly is often the first point of contact for new senior clients. She conducts the initial in-person client assessments which enable us to form a personalized case management plan and set of goals for each senior we serve. Prior to joining St. Vincent de Paul Center, Ms. Lilly held the position of Medical Service Coordinator for the Search Developmental Center. There she worked with developmentally disabled adults, assisting clients with medical and medication schedules, as well as coordinating public benefits. Ms. Lilly specializes in helping seniors successfully relocate.
Renee Roeschley has been a Senior Services case manager with St. Vincent de Paul Center for three years. She has over twenty years of experience working with seniors. Ms. Roeschley is also a spiritual director, and has developed a spiritual-based life history review program for older adults. Ms. Roeschley was formerly employed by Hull House Association in a variety of intergenerational and senior service positions, including a volunteer nursing home visitation program, customized meal delivery, and chore services. She holds a B.S.W. degree from Bethel College in Minnesota. Ms. Roeschley specializes in pastoral care for seniors.
